|Alexander Budzier is currently part of the BT Centre for Major Programme Management at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School. His research focusses on the differences between lines-of-code vs. steel-and-concrete in megaprojects. The theoretical aspect of his work explores executive decision-making and high impact, rare events. His academic interest in megaprojects and decision-making stems from his work as a consultant with McKinsey & Company¹s Business Technology Office in Düsseldorf and Chicago, and as a project manager at T-Mobile International, London.
